Why an Allergy Seal of Quality?
Is there any lactose in the ready-made salad? Is the muesli really gluten- and nut-free? And this cream, has it been made without any colourants or preservatives? These are the kinds of questions anyone with an allergy or intolerance must constantly ask themselves on a daily basis. For allergy sufferers in particular it is essential they strictly avoid whatever triggers their allergy, as in extreme cases even the smallest traces of an allergen can cause symptoms – up to and including life-threatening shock. All allergy sufferers are reliant on products and services that provide added value in terms of safety and information.
What products are labelled with the Allergy Seal of Quality?
